Quatse
River Regional Park and Campground has 62
campsites, most with water and electricity.
Our resident managers, Eric and Jackie Ralph,
will be pleased to provide information on Port
Hardy and Northern Vancouver Island The office
at Quatse River Regional Park and Campground
also provides coin laundry, and fish freezing
services. There is also a sani-station that is
free for campers. Late night Ferry arrivals
are welcomed. Reservations are recommended
during the peak summer season.
There
are separate modern, clean and well-maintained
multi-stall showers and washrooms for men and
women. We also provide a unisex wheelchair
accessible washroom and shower. No need to
carry quarters, the hot water is free.
There is a sheltered riverside picnic area at the
Quatse River Regional Park and Campground,
including a wood fire cooking grill and picnic
tables. The shelter is available for
campground guest use or for outside groups
that book ahead.
There's
plenty of pre-cut seasoned firewood, located
near the campsites at Quatse River Regional
Park and Campground. Firewood is provided to
campers on a donation basis. All
donations directly fund salmon enhancement and
habitat improvement.
